USING Fabri-loc ® brand Adhesive Bonding Net

1. Place Fabri-loc ® brand Adhesive Bonding Net between the two layers of fabric to be fused together. CAUTION: Fabri-loc ® must not overlap beyond the fabric being fused together as it will adhere to the press on iron.

2. Apply steam or dry heat and pressure for a full 10 seconds: A. Steam press at operating temperature. B. Hand iron, steam or dry heat at wool or 325*F. A pressing cloth may be required to prevent scorching. Do not slide or twist hand iron back and forth but hold stationary.

3. Turn the fabric over and again apply heat and pressure to other side for a full 1 0 seconds.

4- Allow to cool. Test bond for proper adhesion. If necessary, repeat steps 2 and 3.

NOTE: To release a bond made with Fabri-loc ® brand Adhesive Bonding Net, simply:repeat step 2 and raise fabric while still hot. To remove any Fabri-loc ® brand Adhesive Bonding Net residue, heat the fabric and apply methyl alcohol (wood alcohol).

Use a bone scraper and gently scrape away the visible adhesive residue which has permeated the fabric. Heating the fabric makes the procedure easier, but we caution against heating the solvent.
