Now, alteration of garments and draperies can be accomplished almost as fast as they are pinned into place. All you do is sandwich Fabri-loc ® brand Adhesive Bonding Net between the two fabrics to be joined and heat seal together. Linings, hems and seams are made within seconds.

Technically, FABRI-LOC® brand Adhesive Bonding Net is a polyamide adhesive in open net form. When placed between two fabrics and subjected to specific heat, FABRI-LOC® brand Adhesive Bonding Net becomes a clear semi-fluid which is partially absorbed into the two fabrics. Upon cooling and drying, FABRI-LOC® brand Adhesive Bonding Net becomes a transparent, flexible plastic which forms a durable and permanent bond between the fabrics.

FABRI-LOC® II Precut fabric adhesive

FABRI-LOC® II Precut Fabric Adhesive sizes and shapes are used by large uniform rental companies to reattach emblems to uniforms.

These have been tested and found to be superior to other products on the market. The higher melt temperature better withstands 325°F steam tunnels so the emblems stay on longer.

Special Instructions for FABRI-LOC® II

Depending on the thickness of the emblem and the material to which they are being attached and whether the heating elements are top, bottom, or both, a temperature of 400°- 450°F for 6 to 10 seconds is needed for proper bonding.
